Friday or Saturday - $2500 for 100 guests

Weekend Package (Friday - Sunday):   $3500/100 Guests

Off Peak Season

July – September: Lush green in warm months

January - Mid March: Crisp winter weather

Friday or Saturday: $2000/100 guests

Weekend Package (Friday - Sunday): $3000/100 Guests

Weekend Packages Now Available!

Friday 2pm - Sunday 11am

packages include:

• 14-hour rental of entire venue property 

• Tables and chairs for up to 100 people

• Hexagonal Arch for backdrop

• 3 whiskey barrels

• Display tables

• Use of available decor - Burlap runners, wooden disc chargers, tea light candle holders, lanterns, food display items, etc.

• Large Speaker with microphones

• Overnight stay for 2 in the bridal suite

• The Wooded Ranch is a DIY venue.  There will be a property manager to take care of any issues. Please inquire for personal coordination or decorating help.
